Located in a former stately home dating back to 1850, our restaurant dining room stands out for its Neo-Mudéjar style and its impressive carved wooden ceiling, a faithful reconstruction of the original.
This welcoming space is ideal for buffet breakfasts, summer lunches, and winter dinners. Whenever the weather allows, we usually serve on La Azotea, as it is the preferred choice of most of our guests.
As part of our offering, Hotel Catedral promotes Gastronomic Weeks, held during different seasons of the year. The most renowned are the Lent and Holy Week Gastronomic Days, featuring traditional dishes from this time of year, such as potaje de vigilia, cod-based recipes, and of course, the classic Holy Week torrijas.
At Catedral Restaurant, we offer two ways to enjoy your perfect breakfast: buffet or à la carte.
À la carte breakfasts on the terrace: Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of pedestrian Calle Cubo, just 5 meters from the majestic Almería Cathedral. If you’re visiting with children, they can play freely at the foot of the Cathedral while you relax with your coffee—always within sight.
Buffet breakfasts in the restaurant: Immerse yourself in the Neo-Mudéjar style of our dining room with privileged views of the Cathedral. The perfect setting to enjoy a complete Mediterranean breakfast made with fresh products.
Options for everyone: Bread with tomato, serrano ham, avocado, omelette, seasonal fruit, coffees, infusions, juices… and also gluten-free options for celiacs!

Saturdays and Sundays: 8:00 – 11:00
The best part: our breakfasts are also available to guests who are not staying at the hotel!
